Now, we know you are busy.  We also know that this parish is incredibly service-minded.  There are so many people at Our Saviour who do so many different ministries.  

So, in this FIRST STEP, we want you to brag about yourself.  In the boxes below, check off the things that you have been doing for any amount of time, whether for one month or for many years.  We want to recognize and appreciate your generosity.  There are so many of you who are doing great things.  We simply don’t get another way to say, “Thank You for all that you do!”

There are also many councils and committees that help to run the parish.  These committees and councils have term limits and are comprised of a small group of men and women who help the school and parish make decisions and to set goals. 

Next, in this SECOND STEP, look through the list of ministries.  Are there any new ministries  that you feel called to?  Is there something that God has been pulling you to add to your life?  Check the boxes below of the ministries that you feel called to join.  We will pass your name, email, and phone number to the leaders of those ministries to contact you.  They will give you more information and help you discern if God is really calling you to that ministry.

These councils and committees are limited to a small group of people and are not always open to new members.  However, they are often looking for people who are interested in being part of the committee or council.  

We recognize that not all heroes wear capes.  There are many people who work behind the scenes, growing our parish with their prayers and study.  In this THIRD STEP, Please let us know how you pray for your parish.  

You are almost finished.  Thank you so much for your prayerful consideration so far.  In this FOURTH STEP, realize how many people rely on Our Saviour Parish and School.  We have [X] teachers and staff in the school who depend on their paycheck to feed their families.  We have [X] students who come to Our Saviour School for their Elementary Education.  Our Saviour Parish subsidizes [X%] of the tuition of every student.  

We have parish office staff who work on different projects and keep our parish records organized.  All of this work takes some money.
